HSC Arts, Science and Commerce - Form Filling for Feb 2016 Exam

Those students who have not filled the HSC Exam form on 20/8/2015 for Science, 21/8/2015 for Commerce, or 22/8/2015 for Arts must fill the HSC Exam form on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 2 PM  in Room 8. This is the LAST chance to fill the form.

IMPORTANT

Please keep the following documents ready, as these documents have to be submitted at the time of filling in the HSC Exam form:

1.     Two color photographs with white background, size 3 cm x 3.5 cm. Photograph   must be recent (not more than 1 month old)

2.   Zerox copy of S.S.C. marksheet  - 1

3.   Zerox copy of S.S.C. Passing Certificate - 1

4.   Zerox copy of F.Y.J.C. Marksheet  - 1
5.   Aadhar Card xerox copy - 1

6.   Eligibility Certificate (if applicable)  - 1

7.   Medical certificate (only for students with physical disability - handicapped) 

Bring a Black Ball pen and fevistick to stick your photographs on the forms.
