Students of SYJC (Std XII) Arts, Science and Commerce appearing for the HSC exam in Feb 2016 must note that the date for filling the HSC Exam form is as follows:

IMPORTANT

Please keep the following documents ready, as these documents have to be submitted at the time of filling in the HSC Exam form:

1.     Two color photographs with white background, size 3 cm x 3.5 cm. Photograph   must be recent (not more than 1 month old)
2.   Zerox copy of S.S.C. marksheet  - 1

3.   Zerox copy of S.S.C. Passing Certificate - 1

4.   Zerox copy of F.Y.J.C. Marksheet  - 1
5.   Aadhar Card xerox copy - 1

6.   Eligibility Certificate (if applicable)  - 1

7.   Medical certificate (only for students with physical disability - handicapped) 

Bring a Black Ball pen and fevistick to stick your photographs on the forms.

Form 17 (Private) students must also fill the form on 20/8(Science), 21/8 (Commerce), and 22/8/2015 (Arts)
