Eligibility Form Rs 100 for Indian student.
For students coming from other country - Rs 500

Last date to submit form from college to Board - 16-8-2015 to 15-9-2015
With Late fee - (Rs 100 per student) - 16-9-2015 to 15-11-2015
Extra late fee Rs normal fee + Rs 100 + Rs 10 per day per student Rs 10) - from 16.11.2015 onwards till dt of registration

Documents to be sent to Board for eligibility:
1. Application Form of Eligibility certificate
2. SSC marksheet - true copy
3. Marks Conversion letter (if reqd)
4. SSC Passing Certificate
5. SSC LC
6. Migration certificate in original
7. Appendix A for foreign students - with sign of embassy
8. Deed of undertaking on Rs 20 stamp paper or Rs 20 court fee stamp
9. Letter of authority to supervisor
10. All papers of outside state students must be verified by college. Sign of this college necessary
11. Students passing ICSE/CBSE/OTHER BOARDS are required to get their Original School Leaving Certificate countersigned by their respective Educational Inspector/Education Officer 


Complete procedure before Jan 20 of that academic year. Else fine of Rs 5 per day per student
Don't declare result of XI until eligibility and migration  documents are received.
